Travel for us means more than getting tan on the beach but also includes meeting new people, experiencing and seeing their lives and gaining friends in the process… That’s what we did on Day 6.

We gave our point-and-shoot camera to Aeus — this little 5-year old boy we met while we were there.

The results were so different and amazing — see for yourself. We think that the boy has natural talent. 🙂

Their family makes charcoal for a living and is also in the process of building a fish farm (pool). They were so gracious enough to show us around, gave us mangoes and tamarind (YUM), lend our little one some toys even though, we were strangers not only to their land but to them as well.

We are hoping that one day, we will meet again. Thank you so much for your kindness and love!

Much love,

Joyce
